The room was spotless and smelled fresh. The food was pretty delicious with a good variety of options. The hotel was in a convenient location close to the city center and local attractions. The lobby had a cozy atmosphere with comfortable seating.
One of the staff members was extremely rude to my guests and me, making us feel unwelcome. The charge for bottled water was outrageous;

The room was clean and had a good vibe to it. the food was also good. I appreciated the location of the hotel, which was conveniently close to the tourist attractions and shopping centres.
The service was not up to the mark. One of the staff members was incredibly rude to our guests, even though we had confirmed their policies earlier.

I recently stayed at a hotel and loved the experience! The room was spotless, and the hotel had excellent facilities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast spread was delicious. The service as one of the receptionists was rude to our guests. only one complimentary bottle of water was provided, and we were charged for additional bottles.
